Clemson's Jay Baum, College of Charleston's Taylor Clarke, Winthrop's Tyler Olesczuk and Coastal Carolina's Connor Owings are among 80 players on the watch list for the Gregg Olson Award, given to the "breakout" player of the year in college baseball.

Southeastern regional schedule set
Lander has announced the schedule for the NCAA Division II Southeast regional beginning Thursday at Dolney Stadium in Greenwood. Columbus State and USC Aiken will play at 11 a.m., Mount Olive and Georgia College will play at 3 p.m. and Lander will meet Catawba at 7.
