I made reference last week to Baseball America's preview of the Southeastern Conference, including South Carolina's Alex Destino being the preseason freshman of the year and Wil Crowe being the SEC's No. 4 prospect for the 2016 draft.

Hunter on watch list
The Citadel relief pitcher Skylar Hunter is the only play from a South Carolina school on the 50-player preseason watch list for the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association's Stopper of the Year Award.
