S.C. players on prospects list
Four players from South Carolina, three from Clemson and one from College of Charleston are on Baseball America's list of top 50 MLB draft prospects by class.

South Carolina's Kyle Martin is ranked the No. 14 senior.

Among juniors, Clemson's Steven Duggar is No. 26 and teammate Zack Erwin is No. 47.

USC's Wil Crowe the No. 12 sophomore, Clemson's Chris Okey is No. 14 and College of Charleston pitcher Bailey Ober is No. 44.

The Gamecocks' Alex Destino is the No. 19 freshman and teammate Clark Scolamiero is No. 36.

Martin, Duggar and Scolamiero played for Wade Hampton (Greenville), Byrnes and Greenville high schools, respectively in the Upstate.

Schedules are changing
* Game 1 of Coker's series at Mars Hill has been canceled. The teams will play a doubleheader Saturday.
Cobras
* Limestone's home series with Erskine has been moved to Due West. The teams will play a single game at 2 p.m. Friday and a doubleheader at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Saints
* Newberry has moved first pitch for its Friday home game with Catawba up two hours to 4 p.m.
Wolves
* USC Upstate's scheduled Friday home game with St. Joseph's has been postponed and will be played as part of a doubleheader at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Spartans 
* North Carolina and Rhode Island will play a three-game series at Francis Marion's Sparrow Stadium in Florence. The teams will play a doubleheader at 11 a.m. Friday and a single game at 7 p.m. Saturday. Francis Marion also will be using its stadium this weekend against No. 14 Flagler.
