Tigers on the rise
Voorhees' doubleheader sweep of Morris on Tuesday improved the Tigers' record to 10-13. That matches Voorhees' win total of a year ago, which included one forfeit. The Tigers won a total of nine games over four years (three seasons; there was no team in 2012) prior to Justin Thomas' arrival as coach. Robert Platts revived the program in 2013 and laid a foundation for Thomas' arrival.
