* Erskine's home series with Emmanuel will now consist of a Friday doubleheader at noon and a single game Saturday at 2 p.m.

* Limestone's home series with North Greenville is now set for a 3:30 p.m. Friday doubleheader and a single game at noon Saturday.

Previews
* Clemson has submitted preview information for its weekend ACC home series with Virginia. Both teams are ranked in all six major national NCAA Division I polls.
Tigers
* Coker has shared notes previewing its home series with South Atlantic Conference rival Lenoir-Rhyne. The Bears are coached by former USC Sumtet coach Tom Fleenor.
Cobras
* Presbyterian has posted preview information for its weekend home series against Army.
Blue Hose
* South Carolina opens SEC with a series at Tennessee. Usual Gamecocks Friday starter  Clarke Schmidt will not pitch Friday because of a minor oblique strain. A USC spokesman said Schmidt might be available Sunday. Adam Hill, the normal Sunday starter, will pitch on Friday and Wil Crowe will go on Saturday. Hill did not pitch last weekend as the series finale against Michigan State was canceled.
Carolina* College of Charleston visits Nebraska in nonconference play.
Cougars
* USC Beaufort has offered notes on its weekend home series against Sun Conference rival St. Thomas.
