The home of the AAA International League's Charlotte Knights is located few blocks up Mint Street from the Carolina Panthers' Bank of America Stadium.
Five of the eight games involve a South Carolina team. Charlotte, N.C. State and South Carolina all are scheduled for two appearances.
Furman plays Wake Forest March 2, Winthrop meets Davidson March 13 and Clemson faces Charlotte March 26.
For a second straight season South Carolina has two game scheduled at the stadium. The Gamecocks play N.C. State April 2 and meets North Carolina in the Queen City for the fourth straight season April 16. UNC has won the previous three meetings.
USC had a scheduled game against Appalachian State canceled by rain last season.
By the way, I highly recommend getting in town early enough to get a couple of Hot Dogs at Green's Lunch, located on Fourth Street beyond the center field fence. Green's closes at 3 p.m.
The designated visiting team is listed first for each game.
