The Citadel scored two runs in the eighth and one in the ninth to force extra innings, but VMI scored a run in the bottom of the 11th to take the game and the SoCon series ... High Point completed a series sweep of Presbyterian to move into sole possession of second place in the Big South Conference standings ... After Benedict rallied to take a one-run lead, Edward Waters scored the game's final 11 runs to sweep the SIAC series

Four pitchers combined for a no-hitter as Notre Dame spanked Boston College, 13-0, to complete a series sweep ... Miami blistered Louisville, 17-5, to salvage the series finale.
