Art Inabinet announced his retirement Monday after 24 seasons as head coach at Francis Marion.

Inabinet had a 704-478-2 record with the Patriots and was 788-532-2 as a coach at four-year schools.   His 2006 team went to the NCAA  Division II world Series. His final team went 18-30, but qualified for the Conference Carolinas Tournament where it lost to Erskine in the first round.

He was head coach at North Greenville when it transitioned from a  junior college to a four-year program.
