NCAA Division I: Tryston McCladdie scored a run and drove in two runs in each game and finished with four hits and three stolen bases as Clemson (5-1) rallied to beat North Carolina A&T and VCU in the Clemson Invitational. Luke Gaffney hit Clemson's first homer of the season in Game 1 ... Ethan Petry hit his 46th career home run and Jordan Carrion had two hits and a stolen base as South Carolina (7-0) beat Milwaukee ... Tyler Hare's ninth-inning homer gave Wofford (5-1) its second straight walk-off win over Army ... Max Kaplan struck out 13 and didn't allow an earned run in a complete-game two-hitter as USC Upstate (2-3) beat Le Moyne in the OneSpartanburg Inc., Classic ... Coastal Carolina (5-2) scored two in the 11th to beat Ohio State and snap a two-game losing streak. The Chanticleers fell behind 5-0 and rallied to go up by three, only to have the Buckeyes tie the score in the ninth at the Jax College Baseball Classic ... Aidan Hunter allowed a run on four hits and struck out six in seven innings as College of Charleston (5-1) won its third straight game ... Kaden Smith singled, homered, walked twice, scored three runs and drove in four as Charleston Southern run-ruled Manhattan for the second straight day ... A wild pitch in the ninth inning gave Maine the lead and the Black Bears added three more runs to clinch a series win at The Citadel ... Bowling Green's five-run first inning was more than Presbyterian (3-3) could overcome ... Villanova jumped on Winthrop (3-3) early to clinch a series win.

* Conference Carolinas: North Greenville (14-1, 5-1) overcame a six-run first-inning deficit in Game 2 to complete a doubleheader and series sweep of UNC Pembroke ... J.T. Yaccarino had six hits, including a three-run triple in Erskine's (7-7, 3-3) Game 2 win, in a split with Young Harris. The Mountain Lions broke a Game 1 tie with seven runs in the seventh inning ... Charlie Bussey III and Rayth Petersen had two hits and two RBI apiece in Game 1 of Francis Marion's (11-3, 2-3) doubleheader split with Barton. Bussey added two more hits in the nightcap ... Mount Olive pitchers held Southern Wesleyan (2-12, 1-4) to 10 hits in getting the doubleheader sweep.

* Peach Belt: Lander (8-5) had 34 hits - seven of them home runs - in a nonconference doubleheader sweep of Chowan to push its winning streak to six. Connor Droze, Will McClellan and Grant Sherrod had two homers apiece ... Augusta evened its series with USC Beaufort (3-11, 1-1) ... A 10-run fifth inning allowed USC Aiken (6-7) to cruise in Game 1, but No. 8 Indiana (Pa.) came back for a split of the nonconference doubleheader.

* South Atlantic Conference: Gray Wells' fifth-inning home run in Game 2 broke a tie and helped Anderson (8-5, 3-3) complete a conference series sweep of Mars Hill (4-12, 0-3). Noland Walker pitched six shutout innings in Game 1 ... Carson-Newman scored seven in the ninth to take control of Game 1 and Kolton Casson outdueled Chansen Cole of Newberry (10-5, 3-3) in the second game as the Eagles swept a doubleheader to take the series .... Catawba coach Jim Gantt got his 1,000th career win and the Indians twinbill sweep of Limestone  (6-10, 2-4) allowed them to win the series. 

* NJCAA Region 10: USC Union (8-0, 2-0)  wiped out a seven-run deficit in Game 2 and completed a sweep of USC Sumter (4-9, 0-2)  with a walk-off run in the seventh ... Florence-Darlington Tech (11-3, 1-1) scored the final four runs of Game 2 to split a pair with Gaston College to open region play after the Stingers' five-game winning streak was snapped in the opener ... USC Salkehatchie (1-11, 1-1) snapped a season-opening 11-game losing streak in Game 2 to split a region doubleheader with USC Lancaster (4-9, 1-1). 

* SIAC: Benedict (2-2) scored 15 runs in the sixth inning of Game 1 and overcame a five-run first-inning deficit in  the second game to sweep LeMoyne-Owen and get its first two wins of the season. 

* NAIA/NCCAA: Parker Winfield hit three homers and drove in eight runs in Game 1 of Spartanburg Methodist's  (2-11) doubleheader loss to Cumberland ... Guilford scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to win Game 1 of its sweep of Bob Jones (2-6) ... Talladega scored in double figures in both games and completed a series sweep of Voorhees (3-6) ... Tennessee Wesleyan scored 10 runs in the first inning of Game 2 as it completed a doubleheader and series sweep of Appalachian Athletic Conference foe Columbia International (8-9, 1-5).

* Beyond the border: Maryland scored in all nine innings of a 35-12 win at Western Carolina ... Maryland Eastern Shore broke a 55-game losing streak with a 14-7 win over Towson in Game 2 of a doubleheader.
