Petersen also got the save in Game 1 ... USC Union improved to 6-0 with a pair of five-inning wins over the Blue Claws ... In the Willie Mays Open in Birmingham, Claflin scored two runs in the seventh to force extra innings in a 7-7 tie with Miles in a game called because of darkness ... Freshman Chansen Cole struck out 11 in Game 2 as Newberry rebounded for a doubleheader split ... USC Lancaster got its first win of the season in Game 1 before Fayetteville rallied late in the nightcap to get the split ... Evan Wickeri's two-run single highlighted a four-run sixth for Lander in Game 2 as the Bearcats split a twinbill at Mount Olive ... Michael Ramos' RBI single in the bottom of the seventh in Game 2 gave Voorhees a walk-off win and a split of a doubleheader with Kentucky State to get the series win ... After Albany State staged its second late-inning comeback in as many games to take the opener, USC Beaufort scored six early runs in Game 2 to avoid being swept ... Coker and Chowan split a pair of games at CarolinaBank Field ... Barry scored six runs in the middle innings to had Erskine its third straight loss of its Florida road trip ... Back-to-back four-run innings powered Trinity Baptist past Bob Jones in the rubber game of their series ... Auburn Montgomery got its second two-run extra inning win over Southern Wesleyan in as many days and followed it with a two-run win over Limestone. Limestone capped the night by beating the host Warriors on a three-pitcher two-hitter ... Three four-inning homers in Game 2 sparked Abraham Baldwin to a run-rule win and series sweep of Spartanburg Methodist in a meeting of programs in their first year after moving up from junior college status ... Emmanuel kept USC Aiken scoreless until the eighth  as it clinched a series win ... Florida Southwestern roughed up four Florence-Darlington Tech pitchers to drop the Stingers to 1-2 in the John Tindall Classic ... Florida State College of Jacksonville scored three runs in the seventh and three in the eighth to compete a doubleheader sweep of USC Sumter ... Keiser wrapped up a four-game sweep of Columbia International with a run-rule victory ... Kentucky Christian scored in double figures twice for the second straight day - getting 64 for the series - to complete a four-game sweep of Morris ... Camp Community College scored 13 in each game to sweep USC Salkehatchie ...
