* NCAA Division I: Ryan Marohn checked No. 2 Clemson (36-9, 13-8) on five hits over eight innings and N.C. State (30-12, 15-6) overcame an early deficit to complete an ACC series sweep ... Dom Tozzi tied the score with a ninth-inning home run against James Madison (13-30, 6-14) and Blagen Pado's grand slam highlighted an eight-run 11th inning as Coastal Carolina won the completion of a Sun Belt Conference game suspended from Friday. The Chanticleers (32-11, 16-4) clinched a series win with a run-rule victory in the scheduled game ... Will Tippett's eighth-inning homer gave South Carolina (25-19, 5-15) the lead in Game 2 for an SEC doubleheader split with Kentucky (24-16, 9-11). Carolina home run leader Ethan Petry left the first game with an apparent left shoulder injury and did not play in Game 2. Coach Paul Mainieri said an MRI is planned fir Monday, Petry is not expected to play Sunday ... Nate Chronis drove in nine runs with two doubles and a homer and 10 of Winthrop's (24-21, 10-7) 21 hits went for extra bases as the Eagles clinched a Big South Conference series win at Longwood (10-33, 4-13) ... The Citadel (22-19, 6-5) scored three runs in the eighth to clinch a SoCon series win over VMI (25-19, 5-9) ... Johnny Sweeney homered and drove in all four runs as USC Upstate (23-21, 10-4) secured as Big South Conference series win at Gardner-Webb (16-27, 5-12) ... Kaden Smith and A.J. Martin each had a home run among their three hits as Charleston Southern (23-16, 9-8) evened its Big South Conference series at Presbyterian (17-23, 9-8) ... UNC Wilmington (23-19, 11-6) handed College of Charleston (23-19, 7-10) its sixth straight Coastal Athletic Association loss ... Landen Johnson hit two of High Point's (28-14) six home runs in a run-rule win over Wofford (25-18) to open the nonconference series. 

* Conference Carolinas:  Thomas Powell's two-run homer gave North Greenville (42-11, 21-9) a walk-off win over Southern Wesleyan (10-40, 9-21) in Game 2 after the Warriors knocked the Trailblazers out of the regular-season championship picture in Game 1. Gavin Mitchell singled in the go-ahead run in the seventh inning ... Rijnaldo Euson struck out nine in a seven-inning complete game as Francis Marion (38-11) took the opener of a nonconference doubleheader with Newberry (25-24). The Patriots scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth in the second game to complete the sweep. Rayth Petersen tied the game with a two-run single and Charlie Bussey III singled in the go-ahead run. The Patriots will share the regular-season championship with Young Harris,  but won the tiebreaker for the top seed with a 2-1 series win ... Shorter (26-20, 13-11) overcame an early deficit in Game 1 of a doubleheader  and Griffin Clark's second homer of the game lifted the Hawks to an extra-inning win over Erskine (19-31, 8-22) in Game 2.

* Peach Belt Conference: Grant Sherrod and Will McClellan drove in two runs apiece as Lander (36-13, 22-4) clinched as series win over Georgia Southwestern (29-20, 16-10). Coupled with North Georgia's 9-1 loss to Georgia College, the Bearcats moved into a tie for first place with one game left. If the teams tie, North Georgia has a 2-1 edge in the head-to-head tiebreaker ... Jack Hobson homered twice and drove in five runs as USC Aiken (21-27, 10-16) clinched a series win at USC Beaufort (9-36, 5-21) ... D.J. Mungenast tripled in the seventh inning of Game 2 to break up a no-hitter and scored Claflin's (5-39-1, 0-27) only run in a doubleheader loss to Columbus State (27-20, 17-10).

* South Atlantic Conference: Three pitchers combined for a three-hit shutout in Game 2 as Limestone (25-24, 17-13) completed a doubleheader and series sweep of Virginia Wise (26-21, 14-16) ... Lenoir-Rhyne (38-9, 21-7) pushed across a run in the ninth to top Anderson (24-23, 11-7) in the series opener.

* Other four-year: Miguel Rubio's walk-off two-run single capped Voorhees' (23-19, 18-11) four-run seventh inning to take Game 1 en route to a an HBCU conference doubleheader sweep of  Southern-New Orleans (21-22, 16-13). Emory Guilford was 5-for-7 with 2 doubles, a homer, a steal, 5 runs scored and 5 RBI ... Reinhardt (38-9, 24-6) wrapped up an Appalachian Athletic Conference sweep of Columbia International (28-20, 14-16) with a run-rule win.

* Region 10: USC Sumter (27-23, 13-16) scored six runs in the first inning and took the opener at USC Salkehatchie (4-45, 3-26) via run rule. Seth Kirby had a grand slam and Nick Foster homered and drove in three runs for the Fire Ants. William Rape pitched a complete game as the Indians took Game 2 ... Finn McLaughlin doubled and homered as USC Lancaster (23-24, 15-14) wrapped up the third seed for the region tournament by beating Gaston College (37-13-1, 19-10) in Game 1, but the Rhinos rebounded to take Game 2 ... Devin Mitchell had three hits as Florence-Darlington Tech (45-9, 25-4)  run-ruled USC Union (28-20, 12-17) in the opener of a doubleheader and the Stingers got another run-rule win in the nightcap when Patrick Evans singled twice, homered and drove in six runs.
