* NCAA Division I: Clemson (37-12, 14-10) scored two runs in the ninth to wrap up a win over Florida State (33-10, 14-7) in the completion of a game suspended by weather on Saturday, but FSU split the DH and took ACC the series by taking a 10-run lead, then pulling away to a run-rule win in Game 2 after the Tigers had closed within two ... Blagen Pado singled, doubled and homered and four pitchers combined on a six-hitter as Coastal Carolina (37-11, 20-4) wrapped up a Sun Belt Conference sweep of Appalachian State (21-26, 11-13) ... Hayden Thomas allowed one run over 6 1/3 innings and College of Charleston (27-19, 10-11) took the rubber game of a Coastal Athletic Association series at William & Mary (20-27, 13-8) ... Preston Lucas homered twice and drove in six runs for the second straight day as USC Upstate (26-22, 13-5) picked up a Big South series win over Longwood (11-37, 5-16) ... T.J. Anderson homered and drove in two runs as The Citadel (25-20, 9-6) clinched a SoCon series win over UNC Greensboro (19-27, 8-7) in Game 1, but the Spartans had 7- and 9-run innings back-to-back to take Game 2 ... Mercer (31-19, 10-8) collected 16 hits to salvage the final game of the SoCon series at Wofford (27-22, 5-10) ... Florida (33-16, 11-13) polished off a Game 1 win over South Carolina with an 11-run ninth inning and shut out the Gamecocks (26-23, 5-19) in the nightcap to complete the SEC series sweep ... High Point (33-14, 14-4) jumped on Presbyterian (17-27, 9-12) early in both games and cruised to a Big South Conference series sweep.
* Continental Athletic Conference: Fisher (27-24) took the lead with a five-run eighth and eliminated Spartanburg Methodist (20-29).
* Peach Belt Conference: Zach Cowart's two-run double broke a tie in the fifth inning and Lander (40-13) went on to beat Georgia College (30-24) to win the Greenwood bracket. The Bearcats, who have won 12 straight, await the winner of Monday's Columbus-State-North Georgia game to learn their opponent in the best-of-three championship series. If Columbus State wins, Lander will host. If North Georgia wins, the Bearcats will head to Dahlonega. Earlier, Georgia College scored five runs in the bottom of the eighth and eliminated USC Aiken (23-29).
* South Atlantic Conference: Catawba brought Limestone's (27-26) final season to an end with a victory in the championship round of the Salisbury bracket. The school is closing this month because of financial issues, but the baseball team gave its fans some good moments in reaching the conference tournament for the first time in more than a decade. Earlier in the day, Sion Barnette hit a grand slam to lift the Saints over Coker (30-22). Coker, in turn, had eliminated Newberry (25-27) prior to that.
* Region 10 Tournament: Florence-Darlington (48-9) scored five runs in the seventh and four in the eighth to overtake Gaston College and move into Tuesday's championship round. The Rhinos were unable to hold a seven-run lead. ...Jebb Britt and Jace Martin combined for a six-hit shutout and USC Sumter (30-24) stayed alive with a win over USC Salkehatchie (4-48) ... Joey Nicholson's two-run homer gave Gaston College a walk-off win over USC Lancaster in the completion of a game started on Saturday. USC Union (29-21) run-ruled the Lancers (24-27) later Sunday in an elimination game.
