A three-run homer by the Deacs' Antonio Morales in the fourth inning broke a 1-1 tie ... No. 15 Georgia had back-to-back five-run innings to clinch a series win over No. 13 South Carolina, further damaging Carolina's chances of being a regional host. Charlie Condon's consecutive games homer streak was snapped at eight ... Wofford opened its SoCon home series with a run-rule win over East Tennessee State ... Sam Massey and Evan Truitt combined to shut out Radford in the opener of a Big South Conference series ...  A seven-run rally in the eighth inning helped The Citadel snap a 10-game losing streak ... Jace Rinehart had four hits, including two doubles and a homer, as USC Upstate dispatched Longwood ... Winthrop hit four home runs to knock off High Point ... Northeastern scored  three runs in the eight and three in the ninth to force extra innings and three in the the 12th to beat College of Charleston in the opener of a CAA series ... The Georgia State-Coastal Carolina game was suspended until Saturday because of rain with GSU leading 6-5 in the third.
